Sainsbury’s Customer Service?

This week we used for the first time the grocer’s Internet shopping and delivery service. As part of the checkout we signed up for delivery between 7 and 9 pm.

At 6:15 pm we got a phone call message (could not pick up as driving) on the mobile, while away fro home, from Sainsbury’s delivery person telling us he was there to deliver but could not as we were not there!

Why can they not do as they agreed to do and deliver between 7 and 9?
